What are the prices for shipping and handling for consumer orders?

Orders valued at $150 or less have the option to ship First Class Mail at a cost of $2.95 per order.

Orders valued at greater than $150 will ship FedEx - A signature is required for all FedEx orders.

Are there any other surcharges?

Yes. We charge up to a 3.95% processing and compliance fee for all orders. In addition to the processing and compliance fee, some cards are sold at a premium to face value depending on the brand and denomination.


Do your gift cards have expiration dates or non-use fees associated
with the gift card?

As the marketer of a multitude of gift cards we recognize the importance of consumer awareness regarding all gift cards. Although the majority of the cards we represent do not have expiration dates or card fees, please read the Terms & Conditions of each gift card you wish to purchase as shown on the respective gift card page of our site.

SVM issues the 76, Choice, Conoco, ExxonMobil, Phillips 66, Sunoco, Chevron and Texaco branded gift cards. These brands do not have expiration dates or non-use fees associated with these gift cards.


Do Gift Card users receive the lowest retail price, i.e., cash versus credit pricing at gasoline stations?

Retailers set all retail prices and policies, whether company-owned retail outlets or independent businesses. In fact, it is against state and federal statutes for SVM to set or interfere with retail pricing. However, in our experience, where preferential pricing is posted - for using cash or other cash equivalents - gift card users often receive the preferred price. In other cases, however, the gift card user may not receive the preferred price. This is determined solely by the retailer and SVM has no involvement or control whatsoever in the retail pricing policy or decision.


Additional Shipping & Handling Information

  • Please be aware of estimated shipping times for the various shipping methods.
  • We do not ship or deliver on holidays, Saturdays or Sundays.
  • Orders submitted after 2:00 pm CST are processed the next business day.
  • Orders placed on Friday (or prior to holidays) after 2pm CST are processed the following business day.
  • Orders placed on Friday before 2:00 pm CST for overnight delivery, will be delivered on Monday. If Monday is a holiday, delivery will be the next business day.
  • All orders are charged up to a 3.95% processing and compliance fee.
  • We regret that we are not able to ship cards internationally, to APO/FPO addresses, or to Puerto Rico.


Can I send the gift card(s) I purchase to a business colleague, friend or family member?

Yes, SVM will ship your gift card(s) to a business colleague, friend or family member. You may also include a personalized message. You will find these options on the Customer Information page and the Order Confirmation page during checkout.


What verification methods are used?

We use Address Verification Service (AVS) for all credit card orders to verify accurate billing addresses. Orders placed with an invalid billing address are immediately rejected by our website.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that do not meet our verification standards.


Shipments by UPS or FedEX

Shipments via UPS or FedEX require a physical address for delivery. These carriers cannot deliver to a PO Box. If your billing address is a PO Box and your order will ship by UPS or FedEX, please confirm your physical shipping address in the "Shipping Address" section of the order process.

Shipments by Next Day Air® generally have an afternoon arrival.

Note: If your address is physically located outside of the continental United States (Hawaii, Alaska) you cannot choose shipping by Ground or 3-Day Express. You must choose 2 Day Air or Next Day Air®.

Please be aware that if UPS or Fedex is unable to deliver your package due to improper addressing or inability to obtain delivery signature, you will be responsible for carrier surcharges. In addition, you are responsible for subsequent shipping charges if your package has to be re-shipped to the correct address.


I have a "value card" that I purchased in support of a fund raiser. On the "value card" it says to go to your web site for a list of additional businesses that accept this card. Where is this information listed on your web site?

This information cannot be found on our website. You have the wrong website address.

Please check the exact spelling of the URL listed on your "value card" for the correct website address. Due to the popularity of our website (ValueCards.com), we are sometimes mistaken for other firms that offer similar products and have similar website addresses.


Can I use the card more than once?

Yes. Most cards we offer are "multi-use cards", which means that you can use them on more than one occasion.

The cards will decrease in value each time that you use them, until the balance on the card is zero. After the balance is zero, you simply throw away the card.


How can I return a damaged card, or a card with a balance that will not work?

Visit our Gift Card Returns website using the link at left or go direct to www.GiftCardReturns.com.



Remaining card balances may be subject to refund as required by law. Please call SVM at 1-800-786-8028 if you wish to inquire about a refund.

If your card has a value of $10 or less, SVM will refund the value of your card upon request. Please call SVM at 1-800-786-8028. There is no need to mail in your card(s) or complete any form.


What is your privacy policy?

SVM is very committed to protecting your privacy. We want you to be a repeat customer, and we will not jeopardize that relationship.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Network, Diner's Club, personal checks, and money orders. Please be advised that if you mail us a personal check, we will hold your shipment until the check clears. ACH and wire transfer payment methods are also available for orders placed with an account manager.


If I order using a check or money order, where do I mail payment?

To order using a check or money order, simply order online and indicate "Check or Money Order" as your method of payment. We will ship your order eight days after your payment arrives.
